Straightest branches I’ve ever seen on a tree. You must be pretty mature yourself, this thing is huge!
Yes, they’re an interesting tree. Pretty much a big fat trunk with little branches poking straight out sideways (bottle trees store water in their trunks so they can survive droughts).
Its about 7-8 metres tall. From a seedling in 1997. And I am considerably older than it. Though maturity is another thing.
