Mangal Mahadev (Statue of Siva), Ganga Talao, Mauritius
Watching over the sacred lake. This is apparently the world’s third tallest statue of Siva - not sure where the first two are - would have probably noticed them if seen. For the statistically-minded, that’s 32.9 metres tall - or 108 feet for Americans. Its a lot of bronze paint anyway. Wiki says that its also the ‘highest known’ statue in Mauritius, leaving open the possibility that there remain higher ones to be discovered.
