Sea cucumbers in front (if you want to pay a lot for gelatinous chunks in a sauce that tastes of whatever else is in it, go for them). Not sure what the wormy things behind are and haven’t had the gustatory pleasure of trying them, but game for most things (except almost hatched duck foetuses - did baulk at them).
